BET Requesting Ciara To Appear At 106 & Park 10th Anniversary Special

According to BET's Wild Out Wednesday Twitter page Ciara and Chris Brown are currently in talks of appearing/Performing at the anniversary party. Neither Ciara or Chris Brown has signed on to appear but should Ciara even accept the offer after BET placed a permanent banned on her Ride video.
