Word got out last night that Ciara plans to embark on a tour with rapper Rick Ross as part of her cross promotion for her new album. The tour is set to kick off in a couple of months. The tour is expected to kick off before Ciara's Basic Instinct is released then continue after the albums release. Ciara and Rick Ross hmm... I wonder what 50 thinks of that. More Info as it unfolds
