Both Island and Thompson cruises offer a prepaid all inclusive upgrade option , which is usually £169 per week. This is to be added on at the time of booking. If you’re looking for something a bit more up market, then MSC cruises offer a variety of wine and spirit packages that you can have during meal times. This is not quite the same as Island and Thompson, as you just can’t walk up to the bar anytime and ask for a drink, only at dinner. Finally the most expensive way for you to go all inclusive, is to book yourself onto one of the Ultra luxurious 6 star cruise lines. Your holiday will be more extensive, but at least all your booze is included. Cruise lines that offer this are Seaborne, Silversea, Regent and Crystal.
